JPIIYF processes your personal data to carry out its role and for the exercise, development and improvement of the services offered to users.

All personal data collected will be processed solely for the performance of JPIIYF's service activities, aimed at regular and/or one-off donation activities, carried out in various ways (credit card, direct debit or other) and for sending messages.

JPIIYF will not process the information provided by the interested party for purposes other than those explicitly indicated above.

Furthermore, JPIIYF will not make automated decisions based on the information provided.

All personal data collected are processed with automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve exclusively the purposes indicated above and in a way to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and security of the same by the staff and collaborators of JPIIYF or by the subjects expressly appointed as data controllers who act on the basis of specific instructions provided in order to the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

Personal data may be communicated to other public and private entities solely by virtue of laws or regulations, for the achievement of the purposes listed above in point 3. JPIIYF will not carry out international data transfers.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer, in their capacity as Interested Parties, may at any time exercise:

the right to access the data (allows you to know what type of personal data JPIIYF processes and the characteristics of the processing that is performed);

the right to request rectification, erasure, or limitation of processing;

the right to object to processing.

The interested party also has the right to withdraw/revoke his/her consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation/withdrawal.

8. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

To exercise the rights referred to in point 7, the interested party may contact JPIIYF by sending an email to fondazionegiovani@laityfamilylife.va with the subject “PERSONAL DATA”.

The request - whatever the form used for the same - must be accompanied by: name and surname of the interested party, photocopy of the Identity Document and an indication of the right that is to be exercised.

We inform you that we can refuse to follow up on requests that we consider futile, damaging to the privacy of others, contrary to a legitimate use of the data where this is aimed at guaranteeing the safety of people, environments or property.
