John Paul II Youth Foundation
The John Paul II Youth Foundation works closely with the Youth Area of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life. It aims to bear witness to God’s love for everyone by reaching out to all the young people in the world with nobody being excluded. Every young person has a place in God’s heart and therefore also in the heart of the Church.
It was established as a public legal entity on 29 June 1991 as the "Youth, Church, Hope, Foundation".
The Foundation aims to encourage the evangelisation of young people and to support youth ministry in its various spheres.
The spirit of the John Paul II Youth Foundation mission is well expressed in the Final Document of the 15th Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops and in the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation Christus Vivit by Pope Francis.
